A rare opportunity to acquire a musical Black Forest whip hook, carved as an anthropomorphic hare dressed as a hunter, complete with jacket, rifle over his shoulder and game bag. The hunted becomes the hunter! His legs are chamois goat horns. Wind him up at the back and when you hang your buggy whip on the horns he plays a tune! I collect these and was planning to keep him but am a bit short of cash! These were made for Victorians on their Grand Tour as souvenirs.
