Gorgeous antique Pietra Dura brooch portrays a white dove, composed of beautifully-shaded white stone (possibly agate) inlaid into a black marble circle. Look at his little feet! Round bezel is unmarked (but tested by my jeweler) 18k yellow gold. Good vintage condition with some wear from age. Pin stem and clasp may be a later replacement. 1-1/4” in diameter. Circa 1800s.
