This is a one of a kind jewelry box I designed and worked with a carpenter to create. The case is a Vintage 1980’s authentic Louis Vuitton train/travel case. We have added custom solid wood (walnut) trays with dovetail corners, along with a solid walnut base with veneer trim and vintage brass claw feet. Keeping the integrity of the vintage LV, all trays are removable and the original strap is present which allows you to use this as a travel case as well. LV sells a similar style jewelry box for $20,000. However, their jewelry box is smaller, does not hold as much jewelry, does not have solid wood trays nor a stand/base. Maybe I am biased, but I like mine much better (lol). This listing is for pre-order. Lead time is 6-8 weeks. For the trays and base, you may choose between cherry, walnut, teak, or mahogany. I can go a more modern route with the feet or do similar style vintage claw feet. I require half down before starting the project and final payment is due at completion. If you would like a payment plan, I am willing to break the initial half into 6 payments (1 payment per month). The project will start as soon as half of the total invoice has been paid. Then the remaining balance can be paid in 6 payments. The completed project will ship when the invoice is paid in full. As these are vintage pieces, each case will differ slightly, no two projects will be identical. The photos shown are a case that was completed for a client.
